Shuttle service has been arranged between the hotel and LaBelle Winery. -Trolley Departure (from DoubleTree to LaBelle): Please be ready and waiting outside the front of the DoubleTree by 4:45 PM sharp on Sunday. We want to make sure everyone gets to the venue on time! There will be a chance to grab a drink to take to your seat once you arrive at LaBelle. -Trolley Return (from LaBelle to DoubleTree): We'll have two departure times available from LaBelle: 10:30 PM and 11:30 PM. While the party goes until 11:30 PM and we'd love for you to stay and celebrate with us, we understand if you need to head back a little earlier. For those wishing to drive, ample on-site parking is available at the venue.

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, and the reception will be held indoors. In the event of inclement weather, all events will be moved indoors.

Although we adore your children, we’ve elected to limit our ceremony and reception to adults only with the exception of those in the wedding party.
